Dance Yoga
Dance yoga is a style of practice that combines dance movement with yoga postures. Traditional yoga asanas are performed along with music using fluid, expressive movement. Paired with world music, chanting, or drums, dance yoga offers a fun way to explore yoga with movement and creativity.
