Zumba
Zumba classes offer an energetic, dance-infused workout that almost anyone can do. With lively and upbeat international music, paired with latin-inspired aerobic dance moves, Zumba can get your heart pumping—but you might be having too much fun to notice.
A typical zumba dance workout is about 45 minutes to an hour long, and starts with a warm-up that progresses to high- and low-interval training, followed by a cool down. Expect your zumba class to focus on cardio-building through easy-to-follow dance choreography and aerobic movement.
