I did my first instant booking session and it was amazing. My regular teacher @tch-dushyant-1 was away learning to para glide - which is why I did not have my regular session. So I requested an instant session with the note “Ran today - regular teacher is away - need a gentle session to help stretch hamstrings and quads” My session was accepted by https://myyogateacher.com/yoga-teachers/rachna-2 After she accepted, we were practicing in minutes - She was ready with a plan - she started with gentle warmups, then some leg and hip stretches and finally some stretches with the belt for the legs followed by meditation and pranayama - it felt great. I got to know that she is an amazingly accomplished teacher - living in Noida and has done MSc from SVyasa university. So happy that I got to meet her. Thank you!!

@tch-anneliese-1 I would like to join the gardening chat as well. When I click on your link it just goes to the the webpage. When I type " Greenthumbs" or “Greenthumbs and ,unfiltered beauty” in the chat search bar nothing at all comes up in either " chat" or " communities" I did check whether the search bar is working haha and it is !

@vaibhaw-1 Why do you think nobody attended? The reason I did not attend was because I have given a lot of feedback on the product over the last few years. What about everyone else ? Were the sessions widely communicated so that people knew about them ? I wonder why so few students contribute to this community chat.

@Will-Allen I chose my first teacher based on their profile and experience. I am still trying to figure out which teacher is best suited for me, when you attend the class you will get to know how you feel. I feel it’s a matter of comfort and understanding too. Profile and short video says it all about the instructors, this is of good help.
