Raghavendra

cover

I have done many things in my life. I come from sports (cricket), acting, modelling, and have been an entrepreneur. I am now a practitioner and teacher of Traditional Classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Acroyoga and Aerial Yoga.

I love teaching, inspiring, motivating people to live a smiling, healthy and challenging life. I guide myself and others to stick to the roots and the basics of life.

Lotus Pose with Namaste

My greatest alltime teachers are my Father, Mother, and my Grandfathers who are both doing well at the age of 96 years and so active! Their whole life, they have been Karma and Bhakti Yogis dedicating their lives to service and devotion.

Yoga is a discipline, a way of life and an experimental science. It is a vast ocean, a process and a path towards an inner journey and self-realization.

Crow Pose

I started a Yoga Shala in Bengaluru called In the Name of Swadhyaya Yoga Institute. We conduct 300-hour teacher training certification (TTC) programs and are affiliated and certified by VYASA. We also teach Brahmavidya, a unique breathing Practice.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA and have completed 900 Hrs TTC from 101 Years Oldest The Yoga Institute (Mumbai). I am a Brahmavidya practitione and a Pranic Healer.
