    Recorded sessions
    Sellam varaS Sellam vara
    1. Why are some recorded sessions not available for viewing?
Recently I have missed some sessions and wanted to catch up with the recordings. Unfortunately, I see the message that the recording is unavailable.

    2. If I stop my subscription will the past recordings disappear or would I still have access?

    regards

Yin yoga for perimenopause AND beyond
Annelise Manchanda PiersA Annelise Manchanda Piers

We’re three months in with the Yin for Perimenopause & Menopause class Mondays 930pm EST and I wanted to share our learnings and also reiterate this series is for anyone moving through change, whether that’s perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

If you’ve noticed changes in your body, your energy, or even in how you respond to things, this space is designed to support you, gently.

If you’ve been to my nervous system-focused classes, you’ll know we often work with down-regulation, rest, and settling.

Here, we’re not just calming the system but beginning to notice patterns in the body and experience, building understanding, with a little insight through the lens of Chinese medicine.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked with:

    • conserving and supporting deeper energy
    • improving digestion and overall function
    • encouraging smoother movement through the body
    • settling the system without force

Here’s some feedback from students and their heart rate numbers post class:
    373c225eec4c402c9f377f7b0594931f.png d19346d31d484477944b67244697faf3.jpg e822b28160d8430a871600aa269abf14.jpg

This May, we begin to look at a slightly different layer:
At different stages of life, certain patterns can come into view, sometimes physical, sometimes emotional.

We’ll use the lens of the Yin organ systems in Chinese medicine as a way to gently understand experience in the body:

    • Kidney — steadiness in times of change
    • Spleen — mental load and support
    • Liver — frustration and movement
    • Heart & Lung — clarity, space, and letting go

Each class will remain slow and grounded, with mostly Yin postures and minimal instruction.

At the end, there will be a brief, optional moment for reflection, either quietly or through journaling.

Join us; we’re building a community of women who are eager to learn and share their wisdom.

    Much love,

    Annelise

    Problems joining my class
    Angela BroadbentA Angela Broadbent

I know that sometimes various people have had problems joining their class from their dashboard.
Firstly, do make sure you refresh your browser, so that you aren’t prevented from joining because it seems to be too early.
Secondly, if you still can’t join, go to the confirmation email you receive when you book the class and click the link.
Not everyone gets this email, so it is important to opt into them so that you have the link in case you are unable to join from your dashboard.
So go to " My Account", then go to communication preferences, then to email, then make sure you tick " yes" to confirmation of class, or reminder of class, the link is in both of these.
The emails I mentioned seem to arrive very reliably. However, although I have ticked " yes" to the email requesting feedback from the student, I only receive this one very occasionally these day,so I have to submit feedback another way.

    Favorite Recordings

I think it would be helpful to categorize the recordings like favorites or any other personal categorization / keywords. Since every session is recorded, I lose track of a specific session which was good, which might have resonated or if there was a new technique that I should refer to. I would like to mark these sessions and refer to them for my own practice. Just sharing an idea.

This Yoga Day, let’s make it about what you truly need
    AnirudhA Anirudh

    Hello everyone,

We’ve started putting together something special around International Yoga Day, and we wanted to bring the community into it early.

We’re still in the planning phase, but the idea is to create sessions that feel meaningful and genuinely helpful — not just something you attend, but something you take away from.

These could be sessions around things like:
    • managing back or neck pain
    • building a simple daily yoga routine
    • breathwork for stress and better sleep
    • beginner-friendly flows
    • improving flexibility or mobility

Before we shape this further, we’d love to hear from you.

What kind of session would you personally find most useful or interesting?

Feel free to share your thoughts — we’ll build this based on what the community needs.

Looking forward to creating this together.

If that’s you — welcome. It’s great to have you here.

To make things easier, we’ve put together a beginner-friendly guide that introduces simple asanas and helps you ease into practice at your own pace:

This is a good starting point if you’re unsure where to begin or want a simple structure to follow.

For those who’ve been practicing for a while — what helped you the most when you were starting out?

Feel free to share your experience.

Are there any late evening meditation classes?
    Ganges BhardwajG Ganges Bhardwaj

Are there any late evening ( 9PM onwards) meditation classes that can help me with meditation practice? Nothing comes up in searching group classes. This might be a good practice ground for yoga Nidra, candle meditation, vipassana and other techniques that can help us get into a discipline?
