A 10-Day Yoga & Philosophy Retreat in the Himalayas

We wanted to share something special with our community.

In association with SLC Himalayas, MyYogaTeacher is supporting a 10-Day Philosophy & Yoga Retreat in the Deep Himalayas — a unique experience designed around intentional living, reflection, and immersion in nature.

Dates: October 8 – October 19, 2026
Location: Uttarakhand, India
Route: Delhi → Kathgodam → Shama → Ramganga → Mukteshwar → Delhi

This is not designed as a typical vacation, but as a journey inward — combining yoga, meditation, philosophical dialogue, nature immersion, and periods of silence in the Himalayan landscape.

Participants will spend time practicing yoga and pranayama, trekking in the mountains, engaging in quiet reflection, and participating in evening philosophical discussions around a bonfire.

• Accommodation in traditional Himalayan stone houses and alpine tents
• Organic vegetarian meals sourced locally
• Limited electricity and minimal internet to encourage a digital detox
• Daily rhythm of yoga, travel, reflection, and discussion

Capacity is limited to 20 participants.
