Hello Everyone, Meet Aldren
Aldren is a full-time yoga teacher and practitioner with over 8 years of experience, including 8 years at an ashram in Mysore. He is Level 2 certified in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), and is currently pursuing YACEP with his ashram.
He follows a traditional teaching approach focused on building immunity and supporting overall well-being. His expertise spans therapeutic yoga, weight management, strength and flexibility, autoimmune conditions, breathwork, and dynamic meditation, catering to diverse goals.
Outside of yoga, he enjoys meaningful discussions, solo bike trips, and exploring food.

Hello Everyone, Meet Sowjanya
Sowjanya is a yoga practitioner with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of teaching. She holds multiple yoga certifications, including 300-hour TTC, Yoga Wellness (Ayush Ministry), YIC (SVYASA), Meditation, Therapy, Face Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga, and currently practices Ashtanga Vinyasa.
She helps students build strength, flexibility, and manage conditions like sciatica, varicose veins, frozen shoulder, hormonal imbalance, and weight management through a holistic approach.
Beyond yoga, she is a freelance host, former news presenter (Udaya TV & Suvarna News), and a voice-over artist for Kuku FM and Pocket FM. She also enjoys pencil sketching.

Hyndavi is an Advanced Yoga Instructor with a 900-hour certification, specializing as a Prenatal Yoga Therapist with one year of experience and a Garbha Sanskar Coach. She is passionate about promoting overall well-being through yoga and creating a calm, positive space for her students.
In her free time, she enjoys singing and experimenting with healthy recipes, keeping her inspired and balanced.

Deeksha is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with 700 hours of training and 2 years of online and offline teaching experience, currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga.
She specializes in helping women manage lifestyle disorders like PCOD, obesity, and hormonal imbalances through simple, traditional yoga and mindful living.
She enjoys reading yoga and spiritual texts, listening to music, and creating healthy recipes

An experienced yoga professional, Vandana holds a master’s degree in yoga and a PGDYed from Kaivalyadhama, the world’s oldest scientific yoga research institute, with over 10 years of teaching expertise. She specializes in therapeutic yoga, designing personalized programs for stress management, weight loss, flexibility, strength, and endurance, while also supporting lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, PCOS, and hypertension through pranayama and holistic practices.
Passionate about overall well-being, she also enjoys swimming, reflecting her commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle.

Ranjani is a certified yoga instructor who completed her 200-hour teacher training at Maharishi Yoga Peetha, Rishikesh in 2025. She specializes in weight loss, strength building, flexibility, and stress relief, offering safe, personalized, and supportive sessions tailored to individual needs.
Beyond yoga, she is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys belly dancing, playing badminton, and exploring new places around the world.

Hello Everyone, Meet Dhairya
Dhairya is a 500-hour internationally accredited yoga teacher with a diploma in yoga and a strong foundation in academic teaching, along with specialized training in strength and bodybuilding.
He focuses on holistic fitness, blending mobility drills, akhada and PT-style workouts, resistance training, traditional Hatha yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and mindfulness.
Beyond yoga, he enjoys running and reading.

Soniya is a dedicated yoga professional originally from Uttar Pradesh and raised in New Delhi. Her journey into yoga stems from a deep passion for health, wellness, and personal growth. She has completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Rishikesh and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in yoga.
With one year of full-time teaching experience, she focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. She believes yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of living a balanced and mindful life.
Beyond yoga, Soniya enjoys dancing as a form of creative expression. Known for being a good listener, she understands individual needs and is committed to supporting people on their wellness journey.

She also supports lifestyle conditions like PCOD, diabetes, and hypertension through personalized yoga practices. Beyond yoga, Richa is a sports enthusiast with a background in professional volleyball and enjoys travelling, trekking, and outdoor activities.
