Kashish is a certified yoga instructor with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, a PG Diploma and master’s in yoga, and a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has also completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Course from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram and holds specialized training in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. With 3–4 years of teaching experience, she works with students across different age groups. Passionate about yoga and holistic wellness, Kashish also enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines.

Pooja is an experienced yoga practitioner with over 9 years of expertise in therapeutic yoga, pain management, prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is skilled in Ashtanga yoga, power yoga, meditation techniques, and pranayama, helping individuals improve their overall physical and mental well-being. Through her sessions, she focuses on creating a balanced and holistic approach to health for people of different age groups.
Beyond yoga, Pooja enjoys reading books and dancing, which reflect her love for creativity, learning, and self-expression.

Nandan is a dedicated yoga practitioner who has completed a 300-hour Multi-Style Teacher Training Course from Rishikesh. With over 2.5 years of teaching experience, he is passionate about guiding students toward better physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being through yoga.
Beyond his yoga practice, Nandan enjoys high-altitude trekking, running, and reading books on spirituality, which reflect his love for adventure, self-discipline, and inner growth.

Aarushi is a dedicated yoga practitioner with 7 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in yoga, along with a 200-hour Teacher Training Course and a Foundation Course from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. She is passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga.
Outside the mat, Aarushi enjoys cooking and experimenting with new dishes, reflecting her creative and joyful approach to life.

Radhey is a dedicated yoga therapist and holistic health practitioner with M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy, a Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS), and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. With over 6 years of teaching experience, she specializes in therapeutic yoga, pranayama, meditation, and holistic lifestyle practices, helping individuals enhance their physical and mental well-being. She is passionate about preventive health and stress management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures.

Vidushi is a yoga practitioner with 10 years of practice and 4 years of teaching experience. She has completed 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training, a Yoga Instructor Course from S-VYASA, and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy.
She has worked with 100+ students, helping them build strength, flexibility, stamina, and mobility, while also supporting those dealing with stress, anxiety, and low mood through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement.
Her classes are energetic, structured, and practical, focused on steady progress without pressure.
Outside yoga, she enjoys exploring new places and reading.

He follows a traditional teaching approach focused on building immunity and supporting overall well-being. His expertise spans therapeutic yoga, weight management, strength and flexibility, autoimmune conditions, breathwork, and dynamic meditation, catering to diverse goals.
Outside of yoga, he enjoys meaningful discussions, solo bike trips, and exploring food.

Sowjanya is a yoga practitioner with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of teaching. She holds multiple yoga certifications, including 300-hour TTC, Yoga Wellness (Ayush Ministry), YIC (SVYASA), Meditation, Therapy, Face Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga, and currently practices Ashtanga Vinyasa.
She helps students build strength, flexibility, and manage conditions like sciatica, varicose veins, frozen shoulder, hormonal imbalance, and weight management through a holistic approach.
Beyond yoga, she is a freelance host, former news presenter (Udaya TV & Suvarna News), and a voice-over artist for Kuku FM and Pocket FM. She also enjoys pencil sketching.
