Breath work and relaxation for beginners
-
I have just been looking at a class called " Breath work and relaxation for beginners "with a view to trying it.
There are several teachers taking the class, and the reviews are very mixed.
As I have mentioned before, for classes like this with multiple teachers, the reviews are unhelpful, ranging from 1 to 5 star. When I read them, it is impossible to tell which reviews are for which teachers.
Secondly, the class is recommended for a particular age group ( 12 to 55 years ) with no proper explanation why. Of course some pranayamas have contraindications, but surely an experienced teacher would point these out.
Therefore, as the reviews tell me very little, not to mention the fact that I am apparently almost 20 years too old for it
I don’t think I’ll try it. -

I don’t think I’ll try it.And there is no proper punctuation in the second part of the description, which makes it difficult to read.

Just been looking at other descriptions of classes. What happened to all the full stops at the end of sentences and spaces before the new sentence starts ? I’m sure it wasn’t always like this. Some proofreading is needed !

@ Kuldeep So I’ve just compared the phone app with the webpage. The webpage information ( presented on the phone app as sentences without full stops or spaces in between) is actually presented as bullet points on the webpage.
Also, whereas none of the reviews on my phone app are dated, they do have dates on the webpage. Although I suspect these are the dates when the review was written as opposed to the date of the class.
