Rachna is a compassionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
She specializes in Weight Loss, Pre-Natal Yoga, and lifestyle-related health challenges, guiding each student toward balance, inner peace, and their healthiest self.She holds an M Sc in Yoga, is a certified Yoga Protocol Instructor by the Yoga Certification Board, and has completed certifications from the Morarji Desai National Institute and S-VYASA, including Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training.!

She has over 7 years of experience guiding students toward better strength, flexibility, emotional balance, and inner peace. Known for her calming presence and supportive teaching style, she creates a safe space where every student can grow at their own pace.She specializes in therapeutic yoga, stress and anxiety relief, weight management, and guided meditation, helping individuals feel stronger, more grounded, and deeply relaxed. Her sessions blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and healing techniques to promote both physical and mental well-being.
With a background in Naturopathy and Yoga (BNYS) and experience working across wellness centres and health resorts, Kaviya brings a holistic, compassionate, and deeply personalised approach to every class. We are delighted to have her on board

Introducing Arpita
She is a certified yoga trainer under the Ministry of AYUSH.She has been teaching yoga for the past five years and has supported more than 1,000 clients on their wellness journeys. She holds a Diploma in Yoga Science from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and a Master’s degree in Yoga from SVYASA University. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor.Her yoga journey began seven years ago during a period of significant physical and mental health challenges. What started as a personal practice gradually transformed into a way of life—shaping her thoughts, words, and actions.
In her sessions, Arpita integrates therapeutic yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to support holistic well-being. Her approach blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern insights, creating a space for healing, balance, and lasting transformation.
Arpita’s mission is to share the true essence of yoga with as many people as possible—promoting well-being while preserving the ancient legacy of Indian yogic traditions.

She is a Yoga Therapist and Mental Wellness Researcher, dedicated to helping people heal through breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. She has completed 500 hours Teacher training with over two years of teaching experience and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga to further deepen her expertise in holistic healing.Her approach is therapeutic and mindful, emphasizing posture, alignment, and safe movement patterns. She helps in managing chronic pain, lifestyle disorders, stress, and anxiety, while guiding them toward mental clarity, inner calm, and self-connection. Her intention is to help individuals lead healthier, more peaceful lives—one breath and one mindful moment at a time.

Shivani has over 2.5 years of teaching experience. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) certification, and is also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
She offers yoga sessions focused on stress relief, healthy weight management, and improving overall flexibility. Shivani has worked with clients managing PCOD, diabetes, and other health-related conditions, supporting them in improving their overall well-being through safe, mindful, and personalized yoga practices.

She is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. She specializes in weight management and lifestyle-related disorders such as diabetes, thyroid imbalance, and sciatica, and offers sessions focused on women’s wellness, including PCOD/PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive health.
She holds a Diploma in Yogic Science from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, has completed a Yoga and Naturopathy Course from Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad, and is certified in Advanced Yoga Sadhana, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Acupressure Healing.
Her aim is to help individuals cultivate a healthier, balanced lifestyle that supports both personal and professional well-being.

He has completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 100 hours in Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and is pursuing a 3-month Hatha Yoga certification.Certified in Sound Healing, he integrates breath, vibration, and deep relaxation into sessions. Subramanya has guided students with sciatica, disc bulge, slip disc, and spondylitis, emphasizing safe, mindful, and adaptive practices. His teaching focuses on strength with awareness, adaptability, and sustainable long-term habits.

Devashree is a trained yoga practitioner and teacher with over 8 years of personal practice and around 2 years of teaching experience. She works with students of all ages and goals, supporting strength, flexibility, stress management, emotional balance, and prenatal/postnatal wellbeing.
Beyond the mat, She is a Kathak dancer (an Indian Classical dance form) which strongly influences her teaching style.
She loves spending time outdoors and exploring movement-based activities that connect her to nature, and she firmly believes that yoga is less about performance and more about presence, consistency, and long-term wellbeing.

Roshni is a YCB Level 3 Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator with over 4 years of experience in holistic wellness. Her teaching integrates classical Hatha Yoga, Naturopathy, and therapeutic diet planning, with a strong focus on relaxation and nervous system balance.
She specializes in supporting PCOD, anxiety, metabolic health, and lifestyle disorders. Known for her feel-good movement and mindful breathwork, her sessions leave students feeling calm, balanced, and restored.
Beyond yoga, Roshni is a professional model and Miss India Universe Runner-up (2018). Having worked with renowned designers and featured in Vogue, Grazia, and Femina, she brings the same composure and confidence into her classes—helping students move through busy lives with poise, resilience, and yogic grace.
