Hey everyone, introducing Sunny K
He has been teaching yoga for 12 years and practicing for 16 years now. He has done Masters in Yoga, holds a PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy and is pursuing Ph.D in Yoga. He has also done 200 hours TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
He specializes in chronic diseases and pain management, weight management, stress & anxiety management and strength & flexibility.
He also hold a background in Mixed Martial Arts. For him, Yoga means a path of awareness, healing, and strength that guides him toward inner peace.

I’m delighted to introduce Radhika G from Mysore. She holds an MSc in Yoga from S-VYASA and has completed a 500-hour TTC in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.
Radhika has also completed a 50-hour Aerial Yoga TTC and Aerial Silks Teacher Training in Thailand. In addition, she is certified in Singing Bowl and Sound Healing.
With over five years of teaching experience, Radhika is also a certified yoga therapist and has been actively leading Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) and guiding students across various levels.
We’re truly happy to have her with us and look forward to her wonderful contributions!

Ashish is a certified yoga teacher and evaluator with the Yoga Certification Board (Level 3), holding a Master of Arts in Yoga and a Diploma in Yoga Science. He has also completed specialized pre-natal and post-natal training from the Ashtanga Institute.With a deep passion for guiding students of all levels, Ashish focuses on enhancing physical strength, flexibility, and mental well-being through mindful alignment, breathing, and holistic practices. He is dedicated to supporting each student’s journey toward balance, peace, and overall wellness.

Rachna is a compassionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
She specializes in Weight Loss, Pre-Natal Yoga, and lifestyle-related health challenges, guiding each student toward balance, inner peace, and their healthiest self.She holds an M Sc in Yoga, is a certified Yoga Protocol Instructor by the Yoga Certification Board, and has completed certifications from the Morarji Desai National Institute and S-VYASA, including Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training.!

Known for her calming presence and supportive teaching style, she creates a safe space where every student can grow at their own pace.She specializes in therapeutic yoga, stress and anxiety relief, weight management, and guided meditation, helping individuals feel stronger, more grounded, and deeply relaxed. Her sessions blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and healing techniques to promote both physical and mental well-being.
With a background in Naturopathy and Yoga (BNYS) and experience working across wellness centres and health resorts, Kaviya brings a holistic, compassionate, and deeply personalised approach to every class. We are delighted to have her on board

Introducing Arpita
She is a certified yoga trainer under the Ministry of AYUSH.She has been teaching yoga for the past five years and has supported more than 1,000 clients on their wellness journeys. She holds a Diploma in Yoga Science from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and a Master’s degree in Yoga from SVYASA University. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor.Her yoga journey began seven years ago during a period of significant physical and mental health challenges. What started as a personal practice gradually transformed into a way of life—shaping her thoughts, words, and actions.
In her sessions, Arpita integrates therapeutic yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to support holistic well-being. Her approach blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern insights, creating a space for healing, balance, and lasting transformation.
Arpita’s mission is to share the true essence of yoga with as many people as possible—promoting well-being while preserving the ancient legacy of Indian yogic traditions.
