When someone new goes to book a group class and decides to read the reviews, they must get confused by the fact that the reviews are sometimes {quite often} in the wrong place. For example, I always do the recordings of Face Yoga, and today I noticed reviews where someone mentioned how their knees were feeling so much better, and another person mentioned how it had helped her hips and IT band. I am sure these are for another class by the same teacher, Kanika, but not helpful for someone thinking about taking face yoga. Similarly, in the Kriya, Pranayama and Meditation section, three teachers are placed together, as are the reviews, even though these teachers take completely different classes. I notice some people have realised this, and now mention the teacher’s name in the reviews, but let’s say someone was thinking of joining Ankit’s yoga nidra, they wouldn’t always know which were his reviews, and which belong to Sujit or Rohan.

Another issue, and in my opinion, quite an important one, regarding reviews. The way we submit group class reviews constantly changes without warning and I know that people are confused. So at one time, I used to receive an email asking for my review, but these for me (and others) have stopped coming. So I used to submit my reviews by going to past classes and it was easy to see whether I had rated or submitted a review for any given class or not. Now, it is far from easy to submit a review from here and I know it’s possible as a couple of times I have managed it by accident, but it would be good to have some clear instructions on how to do it. Anyway, I now go to the bell icon where the notifications are, to rate and submit my reviews. This was equally confusing, as it kept appearing that I hadn’t submitted a review when I was certain that I had. So I would click on a class I had already rated, but five blank stars were appearing, inviting me to rate the class (again) This is on the app. On the webpage however, I notice that everything is fine - if I click on a notification asking me to rate a class and I’ve already done it, a message comes up telling me it’s already done. The app is concerning though - are people rating classes and the rating isn’t being registered ? So I just now gave Ankit’s class 5 stars and a review but the notification on the APP is allowing me to rate it again as if I’d never done it in the first place.
