140 plus days of walking. Itโ€™s a habit for sure and so much peace is felt on the walks, grounding it all. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Great job! Hope the 20-day challenge helped motivate you. I started walking 7โ€“8k steps daily from January. Weโ€™ll be launching more such challenges soon.

Namaste everyoneโ€ฆ I hear from many that youโ€™d like to continue to walk and have a group that encourages you!!! Iโ€™ve set myself a tangible goal for Nov 22: The Cauvery River Trail. I remember getting really fit when I had a 10K I was prepping for earlier โ€ฆ so here I go again. Iโ€™ve made myself a vision board picture with chatGPTโ€™s help, broken down the 10K goal into the months between now and then, and made a plan for stamina AND strength. whoโ€™d like to join me. Pick any goal you wantโ€ฆ and weโ€™ll encourage each other to move on purpose (thatโ€™s what I mentally engraved on the hypnotic band I wore back when I cracked it the first time) .

Iโ€™ve been able to walk every day since the challenge. My ultimate goal is 8k steps and I usually go above this, weather permitting of course. Lots of things unfold while walking and many kind souls Iโ€™ve met along the way

More power to you, Ash!!! Remember to do your gentle warm ups before walking and your post walk cool downs.
