I hear from many of you that you are still walking!!! Iโm thrilled to hear that and as Trupti said, letโs keep moving and sharing here!!!

Namaste everyoneโฆ I hear from many that youโd like to continue to walk and have a group that encourages you!!! Iโve set myself a tangible goal for Nov 22: The Cauvery River Trail. I remember getting really fit when I had a 10K I was prepping for earlier โฆ so here I go again. Iโve made myself a vision board picture with chatGPTโs help, broken down the 10K goal into the months between now and then, and made a plan for stamina AND strength. whoโd like to join me. Pick any goal you wantโฆ and weโll encourage each other to move on purpose (thatโs what I mentally engraved on the hypnotic band I wore back when I cracked it the first time) .

Iโve been able to walk every day since the challenge. My ultimate goal is 8k steps and I usually go above this, weather permitting of course. Lots of things unfold while walking and many kind souls Iโve met along the way
