Yoga for hormonal balance with Gomati is my favourite class.
Her classes are delivered in that relaxed and confident manner, particular only to the most experienced and knowledgeable of teachers. Indeed, her confidence must be infectious, as we students are equally confident : that we will enjoy the class, and that our practice will be beneficial to our well- being. We are confident that we are in good hands, as Gomati invariably ensures that she is aware of the level of experience of every single student, their limitations and injuries, and offers individual advice, modifications and alternatives accordingly.
Her classes are well-structured, carefully planned and clearly delivered from the warm up to the cooling down and relaxation at the end. The class content is varied, covering kriyas, pranayama, meditation as well as asanas and core and cardio. At certain times of each month, we even have chakra balancing and moon salutations.
The classes are 4 days a week, and Gomati’s week is as structured as her individual sessions, with certain practices on certain days. However, it never gets monotonous, as Gomati is constantly introducing new exercises to challenge us, and constantly gives feedback and correction to every student to motivate and help us improve.
Maybe best of all is Gomati’s personality : bubbly, enthusiastic and with a wicked sense of humour. This is why she is so motivational and regular students come back to her year after year.

Yoga for hormonal balance is one of my fav class in this platform. It helps not only physically but also spiritually and mentally. Gomati connects with each and every student and every class is focussed on woman health.

You need to make it so people can only select ONE. Somebody has already voted for two classes 😂

I would second that and that class is just “Supremo”. I have gained so much flexibility and also adopted a very healthy outlook based on Gomati’s discussion of yopic principles.

Angela Broadbent The thought behind having multiple options was that students might have more than just 1 fav group class. I’ll keep this in mind for the future. Thanks

Amazing classes conducted by such awesome teachers that it’s not fair to ask to pick one. Based on time zones, and other factors it’s not possible to participate in every wonderful class.

One of the most exclusive class offered is yoga philosophy by Sandeep Gupta … highly highly recommend

I agree Komal. Kriya, Pranayama and Meditation with Rohan and Iyengar are my favourites as well, and Yoga Nidra with Ankit. And Face Yoga - I do recordings of that due to clashes. I could never see any need to change anything about the classes, or even to put on more classes. I think most people would agree that the only problem they have with the classes is that there are so many, equally excellent, and we are spoilt for choice. I think this is just a survey to get an idea of the most popular class of all, and to get people engaged with this community forum and discussing, which it has.

The biggest problem the platform is facing is of course to attract new members, so difficult since the studios reopened after covid. But I don’t see how changing classes or increasing the number of classes would help.

Another problem with the platform is interference. There is sometimes background noise that can be quite distracting. That does not happen all the time, but it does happen enough for me to mention.
