Yoga for hormonal balance is one of my fav class in this platform. It helps not only physically but also spiritually and mentally. Gomati connects with each and every student and every class is focussed on woman health.

You need to make it so people can only select ONE. Somebody has already voted for two classes 😂

Yoga for hormonal balance with Gomati is my favourite class.
Her classes are delivered in that relaxed and confident manner, particular only to the most experienced and knowledgeable of teachers. Indeed, her confidence must be infectious, as we students are equally confident : that we will enjoy the class, and that our practice will be beneficial to our well- being. We are confident that we are in good hands, as Gomati invariably ensures that she is aware of the level of experience of every single student, their limitations and injuries, and offers individual advice, modifications and alternatives accordingly.
Her classes are well-structured, carefully planned and clearly delivered from the warm up to the cooling down and relaxation at the end. The class content is varied, covering kriyas, pranayama, meditation as well as asanas and core and cardio. At certain times of each month, we even have chakra balancing and moon salutations.
The classes are 4 days a week, and Gomati’s week is as structured as her individual sessions, with certain practices on certain days. However, it never gets monotonous, as Gomati is constantly introducing new exercises to challenge us, and constantly gives feedback and correction to every student to motivate and help us improve.
Maybe best of all is Gomati’s personality : bubbly, enthusiastic and with a wicked sense of humour. This is why she is so motivational and regular students come back to her year after year.

I would second that and that class is just “Supremo”. I have gained so much flexibility and also adopted a very healthy outlook based on Gomati’s discussion of yopic principles.

Angela Broadbent The thought behind having multiple options was that students might have more than just 1 fav group class. I’ll keep this in mind for the future. Thanks

Amazing classes conducted by such awesome teachers that it’s not fair to ask to pick one. Based on time zones, and other factors it’s not possible to participate in every wonderful class.

One of the most exclusive class offered is yoga philosophy by Sandeep Gupta … highly highly recommend

I agree Komal. Kriya, Pranayama and Meditation with Rohan and Iyengar are my favourites as well, and Yoga Nidra with Ankit. And Face Yoga - I do recordings of that due to clashes. I could never see any need to change anything about the classes, or even to put on more classes. I think most people would agree that the only problem they have with the classes is that there are so many, equally excellent, and we are spoilt for choice. I think this is just a survey to get an idea of the most popular class of all, and to get people engaged with this community forum and discussing, which it has.

The biggest problem the platform is facing is of course to attract new members, so difficult since the studios reopened after covid. But I don’t see how changing classes or increasing the number of classes would help.

Another problem with the platform is interference. There is sometimes background noise that can be quite distracting. That does not happen all the time, but it does happen enough for me to mention.

Angela Broadbent I think our issue is product related Angela and not market related. We get a lot of people coming in to try our group classes - and we get them pretty cost effectively. So the important thing is to ensure that the new users have a predictable and good experience. Old communities of course are our life blood - so we gotta take care of the new users without disrupting what is working.

This is the balance we are trying to strike.

Yin Yoga is my favorite class because of Anneliese’s various techniques such as her knowledge on the asanas, oils and meridians to assist that she brings to the class. I’ve been taking this class for 5-years now and have noticed the calm that it brings to my body and the positve changes over the years. Annelise is a very skilled & knowledgeable teacher who openly shares with her students. She gives several options on the asanas based on how your body is feeling that day and takes feedback well. Hands down her class has improved and enhanced my practice on the mat.

Anirudh One of the most helpful classes I have taken this year is Yin Yoga for Rejuvenation taught by Annelise. What I love most about her class is that she combines physical, spiritual, and emotional help. She explains things so well, offers multiple, multiple ways to accommodate each pose, and generally just has such a positive, encouraging spirit that it is contagious.

Jitendra Gupta I am also wondering whether you send a brief email survey to students who leave the platform to establish why they left, with options to tick regarding their reason for leaving eg no longer practicing yoga/ now practicing live in studio/ joining another online platform/ dissatisfied with classes/ other reason please specify. I think this could be quite insightful.

Yin Yoga for a Rejuvenated Body with Annelise Piers has been my favorite class since 2020. It is not too strenuous, but is challenging both mentally and physically. Annelise gets to know the specific needs of her clients’ bodies and offers tips to deal with specific issues in a manageable way. I really appreciate the various poses offered to deal with specific regions of the body. Annelise’s teaching style is inclusive, approachable, friendly, genuine, and caring. The class helps me with mental and physical issues. My osteopath can always tell if I have missed a class!
Annelise is constantly studying and sharing her new learning with her class, adding value to her already extensive knowledge. Her classes are well-planned and linked thematically, a feature I appreciate and admire.
Yin yoga with Annelise has helped me immensely with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Jitendra Gupta That’s so sad that people leave because they say they can’t make time. They don’t even have to go anywhere or get ready - it’s literally only an hour a day. If people prioritised their exercise the NHS wouldn’t be in the mess it’s in. And then they’ll be complaining about waiting lists when they haven’t helped themselves.
Maybe you should particularly target old people like me who are retired and therefore have plenty of time and can attend classes anytime.

I’ve been practicing with Gomati for over two years now, and during this time I’ve gained tremendous confidence from her guidance. She consistently helps me refine my asanas and posture, which has made a big difference in my practice. Her classes are thoughtfully structured, with a wonderful flow that leaves me feeling both satisfied and joyful. It’s rewarding to see how far I’ve come in being able to attempt and hold some of the more challenging yoga poses. Gomati also encourages us to continue practicing at home, often sharing simple, practical tips that make it easier to stay consistent.

I truly appreciate her dedication, commitment and fervor !
