Hello Everyone, Meet Deepshikha
Deepshikha is a yoga practitioner from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with a Master’s in Yogic Sciences, 200-hour and 300-hour certifications, and credentials as a Yoga Therapist. She has also completed the Inner Engineering Program with Isha Foundation.
With 7 years of practice and 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in Dubai, she supports clients with chronic pain, lifestyle disorders, stress management, weight loss, and prenatal/postnatal care.
A mountain lover and nature enthusiast, she believes in simple living, humility, and conscious wellbeing.

Srishti is a Doctor in Naturopathy and Yoga with a strong focus on therapeutic and clinical yoga. She blends traditional yogic practices, meditation, mudras, pranayama, and natural healing principles to design meaningful, result-oriented sessions.
A lifelong learner and creative soul, she enjoys painting, crafts, music, and traveling. She believes wellness extends beyond the mat into the way we live, express, and connect in everyday life.

Hello Everyone, Meet Urvashi
With 800+ hours of training in Hatha, Ashtanga (Primary Series A), Iyengar, Anatomy, and Prenatal Yoga, she transforms movement into medicine.
She specializes in therapeutic care for back pain, diabetes, thyroid, and women’s health, offering sustainable support for every body. Her classes emphasize breath, alignment, and mindful movement, creating a safe space to reconnect with inner strength.
Outside of teaching, she enjoys travel, art, and dance.

Hello Everyone, Meet Annie
Annie is a yoga teacher with a master’s degree in Yogic Science and Alternative Therapy and a certification from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
Her journey began with dance and later included fashion modeling, before yoga evolved from a practice into her true purpose. With three years of teaching experience, she brings discipline, awareness, and mindful movement into her sessions, guiding students toward holistic wellbeing. 🧘

Hello Everyone, Meet Gunichha
Gunichha is an internationally certified yoga instructor (900 hours) from The Yoga Institute, based in Navi Mumbai. She is also an Engineer and MBA graduate with corporate experience.
A trained Bharatanatyam dancer currently pursuing Kathak, she blends discipline and creativity into her yoga practice. Passionate about nature, she also founded an eco-conscious brand offering plastic-free everyday essentials.

Hello Everyone, Meet Jaison
Jaison is a yoga teacher from Kerala who transitioned from a legal career to pursue his passion for yoga. With four years of practice and two years of teaching experience, he holds a 500-hour Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow from Rishikesh, along with a PG Diploma in Yoga Science focused on traditional Hatha Yoga.
He is passionate about exploring the deeper dimensions of yoga and guiding students toward physical and mental well-being. Outside the mat, he enjoys singing and playing the guitar.

Ritesh is a yoga practitioner with over 10 years of experience in yoga. He holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram and teaches with the intention of helping people live more conscious and mindful lives.
Beyond yoga, he enjoys playing the guitar and creating music—his ways of expressing creativity and staying connected with life.
