When did movement become a task?
-
Somewhere along the way, we started counting steps, tracking workouts, chasing flexibility, holding poses longer.
But movement was never meant to be another thing on the to-do list.
Sometimes, movement is simply stretching because your body asks for it.
Walking without tracking the distance.
Practicing without worrying about how the pose looks.
Moving because it feels good to be in your body.Maybe movement doesnβt always have to be productive. Maybe it can just be movement. π§
