I’m excited to be offering a new weekly Yin Yoga class for Women’s Hormonal Support at a time that’s much more accessible for those in the UAE and neighbouring time zones.
Whether you’re navigating monthly hormonal fluctuations, perimenopause, menopause, stress-related changes, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, you’re warmly welcome.
Each week we’ll explore a blend of:
• supported Yin Yoga postures
• breathwork for nervous system regulation
• somatic practices
• Traditional Chinese Medicine insights
• simple techniques to support rest, energy, emotional balance, and overall wellbeingAs with all of my classes, everything is offered with options, so you can practise in a way that feels supportive for your body on the day.
