    Box Breathing is a simple technique:

    ⬜ Inhale (4 counts)
    ⬜ Hold (4 counts)
    ⬜ Exhale (4 counts)
    ⬜ Hold (4 counts)

    Its growing popularity comes from its simplicity. Many people use it before stressful situations, workouts, meetings, or whenever they need a moment to reset and refocus.

    Sometimes, the simplest breathing practices can have the biggest impact.
