Are there any late evening meditation classes?

Are there any late evening ( 9PM onwards) meditation classes that can help me with meditation practice? Nothing comes up in searching group classes. This might be a good practice ground for yoga Nidra, candle meditation, vipassana and other techniques that can help us get into a discipline?

Ganges Bhardwaj I don’t know what time zone you are in, but Yoga Nidra with Ankit is for me a wonderful class; I have been taking it every Saturday for a few years now. It is completely effortless and I can’t describe how relaxed and stress free I feel during and after this class. If the time doesn’t suit you, why not try the recording? This is what I do if I miss the class for some reason, and if I’ve momentarily fallen asleep during the session, I repeat it with the recording another day as I don’t like to feel that I’ve missed any of it

Angela Broadbent Thanks for the tip ! I am in the east coast - EST. I should have mentioned that ! I can’t find Ankit’s classes here in the evening here but I will check out the recording
