Starting this Monday evening 630pm PST, I’m leading a group class specifically designed for women navigating hormonal transitions.
This class differs from our weekly group class Yin Yoga for Nervous System Support in that it is women’s health–focused, as we focus on common experiences during this life stage such as disrupted sleep, changes in energy, temperature regulation, and nervous system sensitivity.

This yin yoga practice is one of longer-held postures to invite stillness and internal awareness. Postures are held passively for approximately 1.5–5 minutes, with an emphasis on breath and body awareness. The practice is designed to help reduce stress, support rest, and encourage a more cooperative relationship with your changing body.
