Shivani has over 2.5 years of teaching experience. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) certification, and is also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
She offers yoga sessions focused on stress relief, healthy weight management, and improving overall flexibility. Shivani has worked with clients managing PCOD, diabetes, and other health-related conditions, supporting them in improving their overall well-being through safe, mindful, and personalized yoga practices.

Hello Everyone, Meet Tina
She is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. She specializes in weight management and lifestyle-related disorders such as diabetes, thyroid imbalance, and sciatica, and offers sessions focused on women’s wellness, including PCOD/PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive health.
She holds a Diploma in Yogic Science from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, has completed a Yoga and Naturopathy Course from Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad, and is certified in Advanced Yoga Sadhana, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Acupressure Healing.
Her aim is to help individuals cultivate a healthier, balanced lifestyle that supports both personal and professional well-being.

We’re delighted to welcome Subramanya
He has completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 100 hours in Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and is pursuing a 3-month Hatha Yoga certification.Certified in Sound Healing, he integrates breath, vibration, and deep relaxation into sessions. Subramanya has guided students with sciatica, disc bulge, slip disc, and spondylitis, emphasizing safe, mindful, and adaptive practices. His teaching focuses on strength with awareness, adaptability, and sustainable long-term habits.

Devashree is a trained yoga practitioner and teacher with over 8 years of personal practice and around 2 years of teaching experience. She works with students of all ages and goals, supporting strength, flexibility, stress management, emotional balance, and prenatal/postnatal wellbeing.
Beyond the mat, She is a Kathak dancer (an Indian Classical dance form) which strongly influences her teaching style.
She loves spending time outdoors and exploring movement-based activities that connect her to nature, and she firmly believes that yoga is less about performance and more about presence, consistency, and long-term wellbeing.

Hello Everyone, Meet Roshni
Roshni is a YCB Level 3 Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator with over 4 years of experience in holistic wellness. Her teaching integrates classical Hatha Yoga, Naturopathy, and therapeutic diet planning, with a strong focus on relaxation and nervous system balance.
She specializes in supporting PCOD, anxiety, metabolic health, and lifestyle disorders. Known for her feel-good movement and mindful breathwork, her sessions leave students feeling calm, balanced, and restored.
Beyond yoga, Roshni is a professional model and Miss India Universe Runner-up (2018). Having worked with renowned designers and featured in Vogue, Grazia, and Femina, she brings the same composure and confidence into her classes—helping students move through busy lives with poise, resilience, and yogic grace.

Anjali Shah is a Mumbai-based yoga instructor who turned her pursuit of fitness into a lifelong passion for yoga. She completed her 200-hour and 900-hour Teacher Training Courses from The Yoga Institute and earned a Diploma in Personal Training from K11 School of Fitness Sciences.
She works with diverse age groups, specializing in strength building, flexibility, stress management, and prenatal & postnatal yoga and fitness. Beyond the mat, she enjoys baking and exploring treks that keep her connected to nature.

Vidushi Saxena is a yoga practitioner and wellness educator dedicated to balanced, mindful living. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, has completed her Foundation Course in Yoga and 200-hour YTTC, and earned an MA in Yoga.
With 10+ years of practice and 8 years of teaching experience, she specializes in therapeutic, prenatal, postnatal, and general wellness programs, offering compassionate, personalized guidance rooted in psychology and holistic science.
Beyond yoga, she enjoys caring for animals, visiting farms, cooking as therapy, and learning new skills—currently crochet, with belly dancing next.

Dr. Ganavi is a BNYS-qualified Naturopathy and Yoga Physician with 10 years of clinical experience and 5 years of teaching. She specialises in lifestyle disorders, cardiac health, therapeutic yoga for pain management, and mental health support through breathwork and relaxation practices.
Her approach is clinical and safety-focused, with personalised modifications and posture correction. She also guides women through prenatal and postnatal yoga safely.
Beyond work, she enjoys dancing and solo travelling.

Snehlata is a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong foundation in Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. She is also trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga.
She holds a PGDM in Finance and previously worked as a Financial Advisor with US-based firms before dedicating herself fully to yoga and meditation.
Reflective and creative, Snehlata brings insight and authenticity to her teaching. She enjoys painting, dancing, reading, gardening, travelling, and exploring new skills.

Divya is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with a master’s in yoga therapy and a Reiki Master certification. What began as a college fitness goal soon became her calling, inspiring her to shift from economics to a full-time path in yoga and advanced training.
With over 8 years of experience, she has guided 1,000+ students in managing lifestyle, weight, and chronic health concerns. She specialises in breath-focused Vinyasa Flow, offering structured, engaging, and energetic sessions.
Beyond yoga, Divya enjoys dancing, travelling, and painting.
