Madhu is a certified Yoga Teacher & Evaluator by the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of AYUSH, with a 900-Hour Advanced Teachers’ Training Course in Yoga Education. A former IT engineer, she brings 4 years of teaching experience and has guided 150+ students towards improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Her approach combines structured yoga practices with an understanding of individual needs, making yoga practical and accessible for every student.
Apart from yoga, Madhu enjoys sketching and drawing.

Suvidha is a BNYS graduate and certified Yoga Instructor with 1 year of experience in yoga and holistic wellness. She has guided 60–70 students and gained valuable clinical exposure through internships at reputed wellness and naturopathy centers across India. Her teaching approach focuses on safe, personalized, and holistic practices that support overall physical and mental well-being.
Beyond yoga, she enjoys singing.

Preeti is a certified Level 3 Yoga Teacher with 7+ years of experience in yoga and holistic wellness. She specializes in classical Hatha Yoga, using mindful movement and breath awareness to help individuals manage stress, improve sleep, enhance focus, support hormonal balance, and build strength and body awareness.
Her approach is practical, accessible, and personalized, helping students develop resilience, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
Apart from yoga, Preeti enjoys bike riding, dancing, drawing, and trekking.

Hello Everyone, Meet Ekta
Ekta is an internationally certified yoga teacher with 1100 hours of training in Classical Ashtanga and Traditional Hatha Yoga. With 2 years of personal practice and 1 year of teaching experience, she has guided 8–10 clients on their wellness journeys. Her approach integrates Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and holistic healing to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Beyond yoga, she enjoys creating Mandala Art, reflecting her passion for mindfulness, creativity, and inner balance.

Hello Everyone, Meet Swapnil
Swapnil is a BNYS graduate in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences and is currently pursuing his MD in Clinical Naturopathy and Yoga.
With 10+ years of yoga practice, 4–5 years of teaching experience, and 600+ students guided worldwide, he takes a therapeutic, results-driven approach focused on alignment, flexibility, strength, and safe progression.
A two-time All India National Yoga Championship representative, Swapnil works with students on concerns such as back and knee pain, weight management, PCOS/PCOD, stress, diabetes, hypertension, and digestive health, while supporting better sleep and overall well-being.
Beyond yoga, he enjoys trekking, adventure riding, and reading yogic texts and the lives of inspiring gurus.

Uma is a Certified Yoga Therapist with a Master’s in Yogic Sciences, a 300-hour Yoga Instructor certification, and 3+ years of experience. She has guided 80+ clients with diverse conditions, including Cancer, Parkinson’s, Metabolic disorders, and Lumbar Spondylitis. She specializes in Hatha, Restorative, and Kids’ Yoga, pranayama and meditation with a warm and therapeutic approach tailored to each individual.
Beyond yoga, Uma enjoys reading socio-political fiction, baking sweet treats, writing blogs and articles.
