Walk Towards Health – 20 Day Community Challenge! 🌿

Hello Everyone!
This September, join us for a 20-day walking challenge designed to boost your health, energy, and yoga practice.
Challenge Dates: September 8 – September 28
Kick-off Zoom Call: Friday, September 5 at 5:30 PM PST ( Zoom link will be shared later) with annelise piers and team – get walking tips, ask questions, and get motivated before we begin!
️ How it Works:
• Walk daily – aim for at least 15 minutes or as much as feels right for you
• Track your steps using StepUp or any step app
• Post your daily screenshot here in the community group
• Stay inspired with tips and encouragement from Annelise & our team of teachers – Meenu Preethi Balaji Komal Prajapat , Lira, Trupti Parikh , Mansi, Rohini, Niyata Sahu, Neha, Simran SharmaWho Can Join: All MyYogaTeacher members and staff!
This isn’t about competition—it’s about building consistency, feeling supported, and walking your way to better health.
