                            I did some experimenting today with Japanese walking that Kiran Goyal and Konami had shared with me โ€ฆ was happy I found an app for that so I didnโ€™t have to keep watching the clock and could continue to listen to my audio book ๐Ÿ™‚

                                      Pasting some benefits about it per morning time benefits!
                                      A morning walk feels so good because it works on your body, mind, and energy all at once:

                                      Physically:
                                      โ€ข Overnight, your body is stiff and circulation is slower. Walking gets your blood moving, joints loosened, and oxygen flowing.
                                      โ€ข It helps regulate cortisol (stress hormone), which naturally peaks in the morning โ€” so the walk balances it out instead of letting it spike.
                                      โ€ข Sunlight exposure boosts Vitamin D and sets your circadian rhythm, making you more alert during the day and sleep better at night.

                                      Mentally:
                                      โ€ข Walking outdoors in the quiet morning reduces mental clutter and anxiety, almost like meditation in motion.
                                      โ€ข Nature sounds, fresh air, and open space calm the nervous system.
                                      โ€ข It gives you a gentle dopamine and serotonin lift โ€” so mood improves without effort.

                                      Energetically/Emotionally:
                                      โ€ข The morning air is usually fresher, with more oxygen and negative ions, which can literally make you feel lighter.
                                      โ€ข It creates a sense of accomplishment early in the day, which sets a positive tone.
                                      โ€ข Spiritually, many traditions view the early morning (Brahma Muhurta, dawn time) as the most sattvic โ€” peaceful, clear, and uplifting.

                                      โœจ Thatโ€™s why a morning walk feels like youโ€™ve pressed a โ€œreset buttonโ€ โ€” your body wakes up, your mind clears, and your mood brightens.
