    We’re excited to launch “Prenatal Yoga for a Healthy & Happy Pregnancy.”✨

    The class will be led by Gomati, a highly experienced prenatal yoga teacher with 15+ years of expertise. Gomati is known for her warm, nurturing approach caring for every student with the same attention, empathy, and dedication as she would care for her own family
    The sessions include gentle movements and relaxation techniques designed to support a healthy and joyful pregnancy. 🌸

      We’re delighted to introduce the second iteration of our group class Prenatal Yoga for a Healthy & Happy Pregnancy 🤍
      This class will be led by Rachna, a yoga teacher with 5+ years of experience supporting prenatal students through their pregnancy and postpartum wellness journeys.
      About Rachna:
      Before beginning her journey as a yoga teacher, Rachna worked in marketing and content creation with companies like HP and Google. She later transitioned into yoga, following her passion for holistic wellness and women’s health. Over the years, she has guided several students with a compassionate and mindful approach throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

      What the sessions will include:
      ✨ Gentle prenatal yoga movements
      ✨ Breathwork and relaxation techniques
      ✨ Practices to support physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy
      ✨ A calm, supportive, and nurturing environment for expecting mothers
      The goal of this class is to help mothers experience a healthier, calmer, and more joyful pregnancy journey

        A True Blessing for New Moms! 🌸
        I cannot recommend Gomati highly enough—every new mom deserves to have someone like her in her corner. The warmth, love, and care she brings to every session are absolutely unmatched.

        Whether you are in a group class or doing a 1:1, her attention to posture and detail is excellent. She truly recognizes everyone’s individual pace and beautifully supports them on their journey. Personally, she has made my own path so much easier, and I honestly don’t think I could do this without her now. I genuinely look forward to working out with her every single day!
