She specialises in personalized sessions addressing lifestyle conditions such as back pain, thyroid imbalance, PCOD, diabetes, and hypertension, while building strength and flexibility for long-term vitality.
With a background as a state-level kabaddi player, competitive basketball athlete, yoga competitor, and surfer, she brings energy, discipline, and a strong fitness-driven approach to her teaching.

Hello Everyone, Meet Anjali Shah
Anjali Shah is a Mumbai-based yoga instructor who turned her pursuit of fitness into a lifelong passion for yoga. She completed her 200-hour and 900-hour Teacher Training Courses from The Yoga Institute and earned a Diploma in Personal Training from K11 School of Fitness Sciences.
She works with diverse age groups, specializing in strength building, flexibility, stress management, and prenatal & postnatal yoga and fitness. Beyond the mat, she enjoys baking and exploring treks that keep her connected to nature.

Pratibha is a certified yoga teacher with a master’s in yoga and a 100-hour specialization in Yoga Therapy. With four years of dedicated self-practice and two years of teaching experience, she has guided over 200 students in managing stress, cervical and lower back pain, and women’s wellness concerns.
Her approach emphasises personalised attention, mindful movement, and sustainable habits that fit into everyday life.
Beyond yoga, she enjoys dancing, travelling, adventure, and connecting with nature.

Tarannum has 13 years of personal yoga practice and 6 years of teaching experience. She is a postgraduate in Yogic Sciences, a certified holistic nutritionist, and a prenatal–postnatal coach, integrating traditional yogic wisdom with practical, sustainable lifestyle practices.
Passionate about mindful living, she also enjoys creating healthy recipes and painting as a form of meditation and self-care.

Divya is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with a master’s in yoga therapy and a Reiki Master certification. What began as a college fitness goal soon became her calling, inspiring her to shift from economics to a full-time path in yoga and advanced training.
With over 8 years of experience, she has guided 1,000+ students in managing lifestyle, weight, and chronic health concerns. She specialises in breath-focused Vinyasa Flow, offering structured, engaging, and energetic sessions.
Beyond yoga, Divya enjoys dancing, travelling, and painting.

Snehlata is a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong foundation in Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. She is also trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga.
She holds a PGDM in Finance and previously worked as a Financial Advisor with US-based firms before dedicating herself fully to yoga and meditation.
Reflective and creative, Snehlata brings insight and authenticity to her teaching. She enjoys painting, dancing, reading, gardening, travelling, and exploring new skills.

Dr. Ganavi is a BNYS-qualified Naturopathy and Yoga Physician with 10 years of clinical experience and 5 years of teaching. She specialises in lifestyle disorders, cardiac health, therapeutic yoga for pain management, and mental health support through breathwork and relaxation practices.
Her approach is clinical and safety-focused, with personalised modifications and posture correction. She also guides women through prenatal and postnatal yoga safely.
Beyond work, she enjoys dancing and solo travelling.

Vidushi Saxena is a yoga practitioner and wellness educator dedicated to balanced, mindful living. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, has completed her Foundation Course in Yoga and 200-hour YTTC, and earned an MA in Yoga.
With 10+ years of practice and 8 years of teaching experience, she specializes in therapeutic, prenatal, postnatal, and general wellness programs, offering compassionate, personalized guidance rooted in psychology and holistic science.
Beyond yoga, she enjoys caring for animals, visiting farms, cooking as therapy, and learning new skills—currently crochet, with belly dancing next.
