                12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Light snack & tea
                1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Yoga session with Ruchi C
                2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch
                3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Sharing circle and pictures
