Change in reschedule policy after session start time

We hope you’re enjoying your yoga journey with us and continuing to feel balanced and inspired through your practice.
We’re writing to inform you about an important update to our rescheduling policy, effective Sept 1st .
What’s Changing?
Moving forward, Reschedule requests will not be accepted once a session has gone Live.
In the past, we’ve allowed members to request reschedules during a Live session, either by messaging our Care Team or by asking the teacher directly during class. However, we’re making a shift to ensure fairness to our teachers and to honor their time and effort, especially when last-minute changes disrupt their schedules and payouts.
New Reschedule Guidelines:
Once the session has started or after the session start time, No reschedules will be allowed.
Any reschedule request made during the Live session, whether to the Care Team or directly to the teacher, will not be honored - in fact, the product no longer has the ability to reschedule a session once its started
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re always here to support you. This update is simply to better support our teachers, ensure fairness in their compensation, and respect the time they dedicate to your sessions.
You can still request to reschedule a session anytime before the session start time.
