Wellness Goal Check-InHow’s your wellness goal coming along today?

Share one small step you’ve taken today to support your health and well-being—whether it’s stretching, drinking more water, taking a walk, meditating, or getting to bed on time.
Remember, small consistent steps lead to big changes.
We’d love to hear your updates! -
I just started walking once a day last week, and I am finding it enjoyable and uplifting. I walk with my dogs, and they are the incentive to get out. Once we start a routine, they don’t hesitate to let me know it’s time to WALK NOW. I usually go right after my morning yoga class, so I get the benefit of stretching and focusing before we go.
Thanks for having this community wellness challenge. More incentive to stick with it.
