    Hi Anirudh I did Brisk walking and completed 9362 steps yesterday hoping to cross 10,000 steps today

        Tried a walking yesterday with some affirmations! So many additional benefits of walking in giving our mind some time to release and energize as well! EnjoyπŸŽˆπŸŒΈπŸ’•
        β€’ I am happy in this moment.
        β€’ I walk with peace in my heart.
        β€’ I let go of expectations.
        β€’ I welcome life as it comes.
        β€’ Each step is freedom.
        β€’ I do not chase, I do not cling.
        β€’ Happiness flows through me now.
        β€’ My joy is not dependent on others.
        β€’ I am content with what is.
        β€’ Every step brings lightness.
        β€’ I release control and trust life.

                Kulin thanks Kulin for inspiring me… I did a about 6 yesterday… Double of what Ive doing earlier… What I did was break it up into small chunks as Vaibhaw suggested

                        I’m curious to know how this challenge has been for all of you? It’s been 10 days since we kicked it off and I can see a lot of you posting your achievements. What other physical or mental changes have you observed?
