Kulin How did you walk these steps? In sprints or at a stretch?

Alessandra Rivera you’ve hit it out of the park! would you also share a bit about the nordic walking style if possible?

                      Greetings everyone!

Some tips that can help us in our walking challenge.

                      1. Completing an upper and lower body warmup will help the body move more easily and stay injury free.
                      2. Areas to focus on: ankles, calves, knees, hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, arms and the back
                      3. Practicing pranayams regularly will help build stamina for brisk walking
                      4. Cool downs after walking are essential too
                      5. Lying down with legs up the wall incase of back pain post walking might help. Alternatively, you can attend the Yoga for back health class with us 🙂
