    Hello,

    I have been in MYT platform 8 months. I really love practicing yoga with some of the good teachers over here. I wish they could add more group classes on Hormonal Balances and Women Wellness. The ones which are ongoing now are at 5 or 6 am which is tough for me to attend because of work or getting the kids ready for school. I shared this feedback couple of times with care team but addition has been made till now.

        Thank you for your feedback. We are creating new GCs regularly. We have added 8 new GCs in in last month. We are aiming to have 24*7 classes. We would also consider this.

          Hi - I have been on MYT since covid. I have been requested for additional “Women Wellness class” as well. Unable to do wonderful classes by Vineeta’s each day due to work commute. It will be great if we can have similar classes either at 6 am EST or evenings.

              If I may jump on here and invite you to try out the evening yin 930EST … it’s aimed at soothing the nervous system and by default, bring about harmony in the different organ systems. I’d also be happy to work 1:1, customising your practice for your specific needs. My own journey through perimenopause brought me to yoga and yin yoga in particular!

                Hi Annelise, 9:30 EST is too late for me. Looking for something at the start of day, around 6:00 AM, and something like a mix of flow and intense routines targeting women’s wellness that Vineetha includes in the class. Thanks for your suggestion.

                  Vaibhaw Hello, thank you for taking my opinion into consideration. I had this concern for 5-6 months, even talked with care team twice about this. I am in PDT time zone anytime between 9am-7pm would work best for me.
                  I miss doing lot of group classes like yoga for muscle toning by Zaeem, hormonal balance or women wellness by Vineeta or Gomati due to timing issues. Loads of classes on strength and mobility and breathwork has been added but nothing on these areas.
