    For a number of weeks now, when I read through the schedule of classes on both app and webpage, I notice that Gomati’s classes aren’t there. I believe she has already contacted MYT care team about this a week or so ago, but it’s still the same. I can book the class because if I filter by teacher’s name the class mysteriously reappears, but if I am browsing the schedule with all filters off, the class just isn’t there, which is obviously unfair to the teacher.

    Angela Broadbent Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently investigating this visibility issue with our technical team to ensure Gomati’s classes appear correctly for the entire community.

          If anyone else is facing similar issue of group classes not visible in class listing page, please let us know.

            Angela Broadbent we have pagination on the group classes page, we load 15 classes at a time, when you scroll down we load next 15 classes. If you keep scrolling, you will be able to see the class at the right date.

              The problem with Gomati’s classes being missing seems to have been resolved, but was nothing to do with pagination. I kept noticing that it was missing, yet other classes at the same time were there. I double checked in case filters were on and they weren’t. Yet bizarrely, if I filtered by teacher’s name, the class reappeared and I was able to book it. It was the same on webpage and app.
              Also, nothing to do with missing classes, I’ve noticed for a couple of weeks, when I go to my dash board on webpage and the classes I have booked are there ready, when I press " join now" an error message comes up, and I can only join with the link in my email. But if it happens today, I’ll photograph it for you.

                So this is the screen I can’t join from. When I click “join now” the error message comes up " Session not found. The meeting session could not be found. Please check the session UUID and try again."

                  We are not able to locate the issue this time but we are adding more logs so we are able to look at this issue next time it happens. Please let us know when you face this issue next.

                      It seems to happen every class now. It isn’t a massive issue, I just join via the link in the confirmation email. It just happened with Gomati’s class which I’ve just finished.
