Hi my dears! Half hour morning walk done! This is near the San Mateo levy running a block away from home. Love and best wishes for the walk love!

Pasting some benefits about it per morning time benefits!
A morning walk feels so good because it works on your body, mind, and energy all at once:Physically:
• Overnight, your body is stiff and circulation is slower. Walking gets your blood moving, joints loosened, and oxygen flowing.
• It helps regulate cortisol (stress hormone), which naturally peaks in the morning — so the walk balances it out instead of letting it spike.
• Sunlight exposure boosts Vitamin D and sets your circadian rhythm, making you more alert during the day and sleep better at night.Mentally:
• Walking outdoors in the quiet morning reduces mental clutter and anxiety, almost like meditation in motion.
• Nature sounds, fresh air, and open space calm the nervous system.
• It gives you a gentle dopamine and serotonin lift — so mood improves without effort.Energetically/Emotionally:
• The morning air is usually fresher, with more oxygen and negative ions, which can literally make you feel lighter.
• It creates a sense of accomplishment early in the day, which sets a positive tone.
• Spiritually, many traditions view the early morning (Brahma Muhurta, dawn time) as the most sattvic — peaceful, clear, and uplifting.
That’s why a morning walk feels like you’ve pressed a “reset button” — your body wakes up, your mind clears, and your mood brightens. -
