New App

So I’ve got this new app on my phone which includes the community chat. There it is, next to MYT app. It seems to be a new MYT app and as an old non tech person haha I’m not even certain how I got it as it isn’t in Playstore and students don’t seem to know it’s there. Because it’s got a “B” and a “B” reversed, I’m wondering whether this means it’s in beta ? Maybe better communication is needed. -
This is not MyYogaTeacher app Angela - Not sure what that is - can you share a link from the app store for this app if possible. We are going to be adding the community link on top - right next to chat - soon in the mobile app…no separate app needed or planned.

Jitendra as I wrote in the comment, it ISN’T in the app store. I got to it by clicking on some dialogue box ( I can’t remember for the life of me what it said lol )which popped up when I was on the webpage on my phone, and it took me to this community chat we’re on now and the icon {a blue B and a back to front blue B) appeared on my phone screen next to MYT orange lotus icon. So I wondered whether it was an app just for the chat ( like Whatsapp) and because it was a B and not in Playstore, I thought maybe it’s in beta. You can see it on my phone screen screenshot in my original comment. But I’ve just looked at it again, it isn’t just this community chat, although this is what comes up immediately when I click on it, I can get to the rest of MYT (book a class etc) with it. And maybe those two Bs are meant to be a stylised blue butterfly on a white background. It is handy though, for going straight to the community chat when I’m on my phone.

Jitendra Gupta I thought I’ll just Google that logo with the two Bs and it’s the logo for Node BB.

Oh I think it is an app.
Because I long pressed on that two blue Bs on a white background icon and this is what came up. -

Yes as I said, it’s definitely an app and when I click on it, it takes me straight to MYT community chat ( that’s how I’ve got here now, actually) and I can go from here to all the rest of MYT - book a class etc etc.

The normal app with the orange icon was problematic again today. After logging in it was buffering then after 5 minutes it prompted me to log in again, so I did. After about 20 minutes it was still buffering and I had to uninstall it and reinstall it to get back on it. When I finally got on ( 25 minutes later) there were some auto filters on, so all the group classes did not come up. But when I removed the auto filters, the rest of the classes were still missing ( as if the auto filters were still on) So I changed to the app with the two blue Bs and everything appeared to be fine. All this happened around 9.00 - 9.30 am my time
