There is a lot of information on the topic of weight loss available all over the internet. There are also numerous books on this topic that anyone can lay their hands on and follow the steps. Fitness influencers on social media post content about different weight loss programs and diets that one can follow, but despite all this information, weight loss is the most commonly researched and misunderstood topic today. 

The challenge is this- there is too much information and it is difficult to cut through the chatter about the different diet trends and the workout programs and figure out something that works for you!

At MyYogaTeacher we have expert instructors and nutritionists who can help you achieve your weight loss goals but to get there, it’s important to build a daily workout routine. So, here’s an opportunity to begin your journey and challenge yourself to build a workout routine!


 This workshop will offer sessions that will help the participants to:

  • Prioritize their physical & mental health
  • Learn how to lose weight sustainably
  • How to build a workout routine with Yoga, Strength Training & Cardio.
  • Understand the basics of Nutrition planning
  • How to keep yourself accountable

Requirements of the workshop

Make sure you come with an open mind and are patient enough to go through the sessions.


Who should not take this workshop

  •  If you have a neurological condition in the spine
  •  Abdominal/ uterine hernia
  •  Any spinal injuries
  •  Any bone injuries
  •  Recent surgeries

Props needed (General or in specific sessions)

  • Yoga Blocks
  • Yoga Belt
  •  A pair of Dumbbells (5lbs to 10lbs)
  •  Yoga Mat
